 Tupac amaru Shakur was born, 16 June 1971The Harlem, New York born rapper and actor,  Tupac Amaru Shakur (born Lesane Parish Crooks) also known by his stage name 2Pac was born on  June 16, 1971 in the East Harlem of New York City as Lesane Parish Crooks.  At age one, his name was changed to Tupac Amaru Shakur after the Peruvian ruler of the Inca Empire, Tupac Amaru II. He died in September 13, 1996, after he was shot at Las Vegas, Nevada on September 7. He died at the age of 25.  He released 4 studio albums and has 6 posthumous albums. His 1996 All Eyes On Me album received diamond certification by the RIAA. He has smash hits such as California Love, Dear Mama, I Get Around,  Keep Ya Head Up, Brenda's Got A Baby etc. and participated in the movies Juice, Poetic Justice, Above The Rim etc. Rest  In Power.
