Biggie's "Life after Death" album was released March 25 1997, 16 days after he was shot 
The Notorious B.I.G's second and final studio album, Life After Death, was released on March 25, 1997 by Bad Boy Records and Arista Records. The album is a sequel to his first album, Ready To Die and was released sixteen days after he was shot and killed. It charted no.1 on the US Billboard 200 and includes guest artists such as Puff Daddy, Mase, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Too Short, The Lox, Lil Kim etc.
