The English American rapper, Slick Rick released his sophomore studio album The Ruler's Back in 1991 July 2. The album was released by Def Jam Recordings and Columbia Records. It charted successfully by peaking at number 18 and 29 on the US Billboards Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums and Billboard 200 respectively.
